Because Fire Village Gaming is a digital esports platform, no physical products are shipped to your address. This page serves to clarify our "delivery" process for digital goods, entry fees, and prize distributions, as well as our policies on refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Delivery of Services
Upon successfully registering for a tournament and paying the required entry fee, you are purchasing a digital entry slot.
- Room Details: Custom Room IDs and Passwords will be delivered digitally via your registered email or our official Discord/WhatsApp groups approximately 10–15 minutes before the match start time.
- Notifications: It is the player's responsibility to ensure their contact information is correct and to monitor it before match time.
2. Prize Distribution (Payouts)
Prize pools won during tournaments will be transferred digitally.
- Timeline: Winnings are processed and transferred within 24 to 48 hours after the conclusion of the tournament and final verification of fair play.
- Methods: We currently support payouts via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and direct bank transfers (within India).
- Verification: Fire Village reserves the right to ask for ID verification prior to processing large prize pools to prevent fraud.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of competitive brackets and limited slot availability, our refund policy is strict to ensure the integrity of the tournaments.
You WILL receive a full refund if:
- The tournament is officially canceled or indefinitely postponed by Fire Village administration.
- Technical issues on our end (e.g., severe server crash) prevent the match from taking place entirely.
You WILL NOT receive a refund if:
- You or your team fail to join the custom room on time.
- You decide to cancel or withdraw your registration after the bracket has been published or slots are filled.
- You or your team are disqualified for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., using hacks, emulators, or teaming up).
- You experience personal technical issues, such as poor internet connection or device failure, during the match.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria above, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the scheduled match time.
