1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- Age: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to participate in paid tournaments.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Fire Village is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
- In-Game Name (IGN): You must register with your correct and exact in-game name for the specific game you are playing. Mismatched IGNs during tournaments may lead to disqualification.
3. Tournament Rules & Conduct
To ensure fair play and a competitive environment, all participants must strictly adhere to the following rules:
- No Cheating: The use of hacks, scripts, aimbots, glitches, or third-party emulators is strictly prohibited. Any player caught cheating will face a permanent hardware and IP ban from our platform.
- No Teaming: Teaming up with opponents in solo modes or separate squads will result in immediate disqualification of all involved parties.
- Punctuality: Custom room IDs and passwords will be shared before the match. Players failing to join before the match starts will forfeit their slot without a refund.
- Respect: Toxic behavior, hate speech, or harassment toward organizers or other players will not be tolerated.
4. Entry Fees and Payments
Certain tournaments require an entry fee. All payments are final and non-refundable unless the tournament is canceled by the Fire Village administration. For details on refunds, please refer to our Shipping & Refund Policy.
5. Prize Distribution
Prizes will be distributed to the winning players/teams within 24-48 hours of the tournament's conclusion, pending a fair-play review. Prizes will be sent via UPI, bank transfer, or other verified methods as agreed upon during registration.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and streams, is the property of Fire Village Gaming. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fire Village Gaming acts as a facilitator for community tournaments. We are not officially affiliated with Garena, Krafton, Riot Games, or any other game developer. We are not liable for server crashes, game glitches, or personal internet drops that occur during a match. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
